power?
to some this may be a stupid question but help me out here. is it possible to convert a 98 hatch from manuel locks/windows and steering to power locks/windows and steering. and if so how much would it cost?
lol...very possible..
Get CTR, SI or EX, or HX wichever car comes with power windows and so fourth and change it over.
Or buy a kit
Thats just the basic of what you need to know
Of course the CTR ones and SI ones are going to cost more then the EX and so fourth...but you get the idea

You can go OEM, which will look much better and be cleaner IMO, or check this out- it's an aftermarket kit from SPAL.

As for the locks, if you do decide to go custom, you'll have to invest in some solenoids to actuate your locking mechanism, and more switches.
The power steering is fairly straight-forward, albeit a pain in the ***. You'll need a new steering rack, the pump, the lines, belt, and other miscellaneous parts that I've failed to mention that are slipping my mind at the moment.
Just leave that **** off, it's not that bad. Plus it's less parasitic drag on the motor = more horsepower to drive the wheels. Anyway, that's just my $0.02
