We are still 24 people short! I have sent an email to all people registered and unpaid and if everyone paid we would be fine. We can't chance that so if by mid week we don't have a pouring in of payments the event is going to have to be cacneled. I will be contacting BeaveRun at that point and begging for a deposit back that I was encouraged to send off with 6 pages of support here

I will do anything to help. Although it seems that the only thing that will keep the Expo alive is paid persons, which is not looking good at this time.

ok guys, it looks like ill skip the dell payment this month and get that expo payment out thurs when my paycheck clears . Trey your doing a hell of a job keep up the good work

 

i got DisGrlLuvsTegs paying tomorrow via check.........so you got one more plus how ever many of her friends from another website she gets to pay. Come on guys we are too damn close for this not to happen.

Not an option there are 75 people that have paid $36 and are not even getting a T shirt now for that amount. No way We can take (Steal) their money to allow us to drive on the track. The drivers need to ante up or we don't want this event bad enough.

I dont think thats a bad idea. You figure we're short around $8500, and we have around 50 people right now. So thats around $160 extra each...

 

$160 is a lot to ask honestly, I know a lot of these people scraped up just enough for the entry fee. Maybe there is a Secret Santa out there that can help with the last bit of fundage...... ala Expo 1

WHat do you all propose we do when I try to require someone to pay an extra $160 and they refuse? They have the right to refuse and we can't afford to lose 10-12 people to refunds cause we upped the price.
