Need some advice for a friend who is going turbo. He hasn't decided yet and wanted me to ask here for him as he doesn't speak english very well

What would be best in the price performance reliability dept (thats all departments really hahaha)

b16a1 stock 6 psi

b16a1 with Ls pistons 8 to 10 psi

B20b stock maybe LS cams 10 psi

Sleeved and built D16Y7 15 to 18 psi

or stock b16 on 10 psi no lspistons
