Just returned home from our trip south. Spent part of the day today in Concord and Mooresville, NC. Visited BSR and Simpson this time. Simpson is next door to Penske South, btw. Both shops have a huge selection of stuff that we can use. BSR is a stocking dealer for Setrab and other items. We were unable to visit the Goodridge shop as they were closed. If you are in the area, these shops and several museums are worth your time.
For those who are concerned about your belt code dates-there is a solution-not cheap. Simpson does have a tradein program and will properly date your belts so you get maximum use from them. On the other side of this is M&R in NJ who currently recertifies their belt sets.
Just some ramblings for the road.

 

Just for the record, Simpson is located on US 29, just in front of Lowes Motor Speedway. BSR is about a mile and half north of it on the left, also on US 29.

 

Sorry to disappoint you-drumsy. SimpsonWorld at the track is empty. The store was actually bought by Butch Stevens (BSR) and is now located in their building on US29. Simpson World in Mooresville is still where it is and plans to stay there-this is a factory store as I understand it. In case anyone is looking for Racing Electronics-they are now on Pitt School Road in an industrial park; soon to move to a new building in Mooresville I am told. How do I know-was there yesterday morning.

Argh, sorry then, it's been awhile since I've been in there (Simpson). My parents actually live off of Pitt School Road. Are their facilities there at the corner of Weddington and Pitt School?

I know BSR has a store front there on 29.

 

I only know that RE is on Pitt School Road. The Simpson shop is just off I-77 in Mooresville on a parallel road @185 Rolling Hills Road. BSR is on US29 they also have a location on Rolling Hills Road nextdoor to Goodridge's shop.

Concord/Mooresville = where it is at.

 

Concord is on I-85 North at Exit 49 and Mooresville is on I-77 North at Exit 36.

 

which ones at exit 36, live right near there
