Should my charge pipes be able to hold pressure when the turbo inlet is blocked off?

Default Should my charge pipes be able to hold pressure when the turbo inlet is blocked off?

I was looking for leaks and my charge pipes dont leak bad, but my intake manifold will not hold pressure. Should it?

Assuming it's on the motor, you would have to block off all vac ports, idle ports, and close all the runners. so, no it won't normally.
