Swaybar clearance
Just installed ST front and rear sway bars went on pretty easy but when I started the car I heard this horrible rattling sound look it over and the front bar is hitting against my cat (carsound 2.5)!!!! What can I do to get another 1/2 inch or so of clearance? Or is there anything at all I can do? Will this hurt anything? All feedback greatly appreciated.
I have ST Sway Bar as well with my one Piece DC 4-1 headers and R*SR Exhaust.
It rattles on my Stock Cat, the sway bar sits higher than I expected.
So I took my heat shields off my stock Cat, and now it does not rattle.
Do you have headers?
If you do it might cause your Cat to rattle too. I would put the stock Cat back and take off the heat shields.

Well a friend of mine suggested putting a jack under the exhaust and jacking it up which gave a little clearance (like 1cm) but enough to stop the rattling at idle now only rattles when I turn at a certain rpm
