Default Suspension Techniques Front sway bar...vibrating on cat...

I just installed my ST front and rear sway bars on my hybrid coupe..but i have been noticing for the past couple of days that it has been vibrating off my catalytic converter, it (front sway bar) barely fit under my cat when i installed it...any solutions to this dilemna? should i just get a high flow cat in place of my old stock DX cat?

the st sway bar is known for this problem. specially for the 92-95 civic's. the problem lies in the design of the sway bar. it hangs too low and it becomes more of a problem when the car is lowered. hence, the bar will cause the cat to vibrate due to the heat shield and also scrape shen you go over the usual dips and ****. the best thing to do is sell the sway bar and pick up a 92-95 civic ex/si or 92-97 del sol lower control arms along with the stock sway bar which by the way is 21mm. 2mm bigger than the st sway bar(19mm). make sure to use the st endlinks(urethane) for the stock civic sway bar.

sometimes stock is just better than aftermarket...

Dang it...I just installed that thing...i wonder if some header wrap or some heat absorbant cloth on the sway bar will reduce the rattling effect?...
