will a stock brand new 92 civic si radiator sufficiently be able to cool down a b18c1 engine??

 

May get a bit warm sitting in traffic especially at 90 degrees, water wetter does help though. If it is more room you are looking for then I would invest in a fluidyne radiator and a FAL fan, becuase they work way better then a stock radiator and you'll have more room with the thin fan.
