Bogging type r
I have a type R in a 92 cv hb and it bogs at around 4000rpm sounds like it hit a rev limiter and struggles to rev up to there any ideas or someone with similar problem?

whats your ecu setup? are you running hondata by any chance.. it cuts fuel at 4K when unplugged.. otherwise, check/replace dist. rotor, plugs

check under the distrubuter cap?...any corrosion or water?
also check spark plugs
remember: engines need 4 things to operate properly
1. fuel
2. compression
3. spark
4. air
check anyhtign that has to do with those things first then tell us what you come up with
