bkr7e spark plugs gapped to .032
timing was set to about 8 degrees

i sprayed in the middle of second gear, third, and some of fourth. car felt pretty good and the mph rose up pretty quick.

i checked my spark plugs after 3 passes. the electrode thing looks a little white, but i'm not to sure on how they are supposed to look after that short time of use. around the thread, right under the bottom of the electrode thing, its black, like a rich look.

my fp guage says the fuel psi is at 39 psi. should i raise the psi cause of the way the electrode looks? i have a walbro 255lph fuel pump that i haven't put in yet also. i was thinking of putting that in tonight and putting the b&m fpr on as well.

yeah, sounds like a good looking plug, look up a spark plug diagram online for more info.

thing to look for is white specals, those are bad

 

are you useing the dry kit? if so doesn't the gsr motor still use 240cc injectors? if so 240cc are only good to about 210hp anything higher and your asking for failure. i'd get some bigger injectors and put that pump in. have fun with the bottle, it's good stuff if used right.

 

yeah.....240cc injectors. i sold my 310 cc injectors about a month ago, didn't know i was going to need them. i thought i read somewhere that a 75 shot is maxing out your injectors? i'm sprying less than a 65 shot right now. i will see if i can pick up some prelude 290cc injectors.

 

i just went outside to check my plugs. there seems to be very tiny black specs on the white part of the spark plug. is that normal or something i need to take care of?

my spark plugs look like number 20 on that site. the tiny black specs aren't that dark though. i've only sprayed 3 times also in 2-4th gear. so i guess my plugs are pretty good then.
