Default Powering ecu independently?

I would like to be able to power my P72 ECU at my workbench, it's a pain to have to sit in the car using a notebook. I've read posts about people doing it, but they never say how.

Can anyone tell me which pins and their voltage I need to power to get it to run. I know it'll throw pretty much every CEL there is, but that isn't a problem for what I'm doing.

obd2a, check Vcc1, Vcc2, Vref, and I don't know which are grounds, but they're most likely big fat black wires.

obd2b, Vcc1, and Vcc2. grounds the same thing... possibly LG1 and LG2?

obd1, A23, A24 ground, C20 is voltage input.
you may have to give B9 some power, to replicate the ignition switch.

voltage required is +12V, not sure of how much current.

Well I'm a computer programmer my trade, not a mechanic. I've been playing with the signals that my hondata outputs. I haven't decided exactly what i want to do, but something on the lines of digital gages or what ever I come up with. Right now I'm just in the play stage, maybe it will form into an idea.
