these traction bars will definately help in an autocross application, as they keep the suspension traveling in the exact arc that they are supposed to travel in. They completely eliminate movement in the LCA, Spindle and UCA due to deflection (movement/flex) in the bushings.

I have a question, on the stock EF X-member it is held up by two bolts on each side, this cross member is only held up with 1 on each side, is this correct?
that is correct. The addition of the 2nd bolt serves no purpose in strengthening the car becuase we attach to the chassis at the tow hooks, the stock crossmember does not mount at the tow hooks.
these are the only bars i know of that you dont have to drop the entire crossmember and radius rod to change a trans and axle...
i know this becuase of street class at nopi this weekend! i was wishing these bars were on one particular street car that needed a tranny in between rounds!!
