Frequent battery disconnects w/ master switch?
On a track car equipped with a master cutoff switch, does the ECU suffer any long-term effects from being switched on and off often, or sitting for a month at a time un-powered?
Will the VAFC have to be re-programmed if it sits for a month or so unpowered?

Can't say about the VAFC, but there is no problems with the ECU or anything from Honda sitting around with no power.
I always pull the kill switch when my car is parked.
