i was reading the rules for honda challange and it states every vehcle must be equiped with a master switch. where can i pick this up at? also i suck when it comes to electrical, is it easy to install? thanx yall

 

google longacre,taylor,moroso and pegasusracing. find a 4 post switch.

as for electrical. search the h-t achives. there's alot of wiring diagrams for any level DIY'er.

 

Here is a nice picture with the master switch:



It shows the concept, with the master switch at bottom right. This picture is for a battery inside the car, along with the starter solenoid.

not sure what your car but you might want to look at my shut off switch schematics for my 86 crx si:

might help. you should be able to tell where point "A" on the switch was hooked up to point "A" on the car, etc.
