Default Short block Assembly, anyone good in the bay area?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a shop or someone who, has experience assembling honda shortblocks in the bay area. I've done all the legwork already. All machine work is done, hotank, bore, hone, micropolish crank. All new parts CP, Crower rods, new oil pump, new water pump. I just need assembly done.

Thanks in advance
Ed

btw: sorry if this wrong forum, but I figured Forced Induction would have more people with built motors.

Why not just do it yourself? Looks like the hard work was done (ie, the machine work that you cannot do yourself). All you need is a ring compressor/filer and you should be good to go.

You know i've seriously considered that, I even have my helms manual here. I guess i'm just a little nervous about it. Well if there isn't someone who can do it I guess I will give it a shot.
Thanks for the input.

****, everything is already done. Just buy a cheap manual ring filer and take it easy. Some plastigauge, and I'm sure you have all the tools you need, 10mm socket, 12mm socket, etc...
Read the manual like 5 times so your completly famaliar with everything, and then use it setp by step when assembling the engine.

I say if your hesitant at all, dont do it yourself. Assembly is the important part and if you **** that up, your car is gonna blow quick.

Look at my site in my sig, man. I did everything that you need to do and took tons of pics. If it still doesn't put your mind at ease, have someone else do it.

It really is easy to do as long as you take your time and pay attention to details.

Give Dave a call at DNR PERFORMANCE in hayward. He has done alot of motors just like yours. He has made a couple of motors for me that made 600 plus hp. Call him up at (510)783-5200
