Default overheating. bogging, stalling problems w/ SOHC-T

Here's the deal... D16A @ 10PSI, stock internals. The car was bogging down a bit @ about 3000 rpm, and then when rolling stalled out about 6 times. It started right back up though. Next day, it was fine. 2 days later, driving on the highway at about 70mph the coolant resevoir overflowed and the car overheated. I drove home and checked the coolant, no oil. No other signs of blown headgasket but I know this may still be the case. However, I can't figure out the bogging problem...It's not throwing codes at all, but when I pulled the plugs, number 2 looked a little lean. All the rest were normal. It still bogs and stalls, but it only overheated that one time. I can't figure out if I have more than one problem or if one is causing the other. Any ideas? sorry about the long post, I am very frustrated...

Coolant problem sounds like head lifting. What EMS are you running?

no ems....running 310cc injectors, 255lph fuel pump, Jackson Racing regulator. This setup has been working for about a year, but maybe it's time for an upgrade?

Still can't figure out the other problems though, I'm less concerned about the overheating thing than the stalling and bogging. I was going to get a thicker headgasket anyways...

Yeah, 10psi on an FMU and 310's is probably causing the bogging. Have you looked into Uberdatering your car?

I like to use the keep it simple method myself, but an EMS is a possibility...
I was running 12PSI for awhile and I have had 0 problems as far as boosting with just the FMU, Injectors, etc. I am very careful about EGT and Air/Fuel. I haven't been having any issues with fuel until today when I noticed the white plug in #2

The bogging just started about 2 days ago, and I haven't changed the setup at all.
