Sounds like:

A wiring problem
A soldering problem
A ROM in backwards
A ROM not burning correctly/completely

I wire the greddy blue box to the ecu maybe i mess up somehow??? and when i look at the spark plug, the one in the first cylinder got white stuff on it, look like it burnt or something, all other 3 seem fine... is that spark plug dead??? maybe that why the car doesnt start??

did you solder the connections for the blue box, or butt connect them. Make sure you solder them. I had similar issues when I butt-connected them. Have you tried another ECU?

Ok, twisting and taping is NOT going to work. Get a cheap iron from the hardware store and flow solder into your connections from now on.

Sell your car Atleast use the butt connectors greddy gives you. Definitely a wiring issue.

Well first off you need to solder all the wire connections. AFter you do that come back for help.

52 = nothing

54 =CKF Sensor (Crankshaft Speed Fluctuation) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

81 = nothing.

Your not reading the codes right. You check engine light should blink when you jump the connector.

Go there to find out how to get engine codes.

ummm y not just remove the greddy bb and see if the car starts. if it does then its wiring problems
the iron is your friend when it comes to these kinda stuff, you just need a bad experience with twisting wires to realize how important soldering is. i already had mines do you wanna have yours.

I wire back the stock ecu without the blue box and it still wont start, i think there something wrong with my fuel pump or something that do with fuel, when i turn the key to ON, I dont hear any sound from the fuel pump???

It seem that when i went to crank the car for oil in turbo, i might have fload the injector with fuel, i took them out and it seem like they been flooded. if i have flooded them what might went wrong if they were fload???
