would this be a safe set-up? i mean the title is pretty much self-explanitory, but i was wondering if i could do this without the pistons hitting the valves. also:

-any assumptions on what the comp. ratio would be? i know the ctr's put out 10.8:1 cr, with the milled head it SHOULD be around 11.3-11.5:1. smart or no?
-what kind of power gains could i be looking at?
