Default Is the GROUnd control adapter suppose to be this high?

These are the rear koni / ground control with 750 pound springs. Is the adapter/adjusting plate suppose to be that high?? The c clip on the koni shock is on the middle setting.

The directions says to cut the stock dust cover but the stock dust cover doesnt even fit onthe KONI shock becuase the hole is to small.

thanks

I had to dremel the center hole on the dust cover to fit it on the shock. After looking at it though, it just seem like a waste of time cutting it and even bothering putting it on there.

Looks like you could just use a bit of a longer spring. Are those 6in'rs? You'll know when they are on the car if the distance is wrong

Looks like a short (6"?) spring. You'll have to put everything on the car to determine the adjuster height.

i measured the rear springs in the pic they are 6 inches at 750 pound and the front are 8 inches at 550 pounds.

this for my track only driven civic. I dont know much about which length spring i was suppose to get they just recommended that to me. Is the 6inch rear and 8inch front ok??? or should i have gotten different length spring?
thanks

as long as you can get the car to the height you want, then the length is fine. My front perches are almost all the way down with 8 inch/400 lbs springs and I have 2 fingers gap with 205-50-15's
