Default clutch clicking when released?

just about every time i release the clutch after shifting i can hear a click coming from down there. i looked around the pedal to see where it's coming from but im not too sure because i dont really know what to be looking for in the first place. any ideas? thanks.

same thing happened in my EM1. it happened right after a few drag passes at the stadium races close by. 2 weeks later i snapped my pressure plate in 12 pieces dropping it at 9500 rpm. LOLOL..good thing all that broke was my clutch!

The squeak is very normal on hondas

I get the squeak too when launching in first gear. Who knows... the bottom line is it'll still probably make the sqeak when the car dies in another 100k miles. Don't sweat the small stuff too much

when this happens to people i know, its usually their throwout bearing thats going. Also if your clutch squeaks when you press it, new tranny fluid stops it, espically GM syncromesh friction modified

its a click sound. i had the usual clutch squeak in my old accord. just curious about the click because it just started over the weekend. i bought the car used and still havent had it checked out. haha maybe i should finally do that. thanks yall.
