Yet another Greddy internal wastegate question
Ok, I have a Greddy Turbo.
Earlier today I was feeling for exhuast leaks on the manifold when I noticed that there was a considerable amount of exhaust fumes coming out of the small port for the wastegate. The actuator arm is properly seated in the shut position, yet i can feel the "air" coming out of it. Do you think the flapper is stuck open?
I'm assuming it shouldn't be doing that and would explain why I'm only getting 4 psi in VTEC.
So, how do I fix that? Or is it fixable? Is there a quick and easy solution to that problem, or do I need to send it to be rebuilt? OR Is it supposed to do that.. I highly doubt it, but I wasn't 100% sure.
So any tips/advice would be appreciated or else I'll just run it at 4psi and be happy with that

Oh ****, u have the exact problem that I have... I have no idea how to fix it. My turbo is rebuilt too. What happens with mine is my turbo fully spools at around 4500 @ 7psi... but right after that, instantly it drops to 4psi...
Can anyone out there help?
