b16 head or b18c1 head

Default b16 head or b18c1 head

i wanted to know what head would be batter for a all motor b16a, what would i have to done to put the gsr head on a b16a block any drilling or work i would have to do.

its a direct replacement...but i would keep the b16a head. what is your reason why you want a gsr head instead of a b16 head?

you will gain some compression with p72 head, and wont lose much flow at all. id say the added compression would more than make up for the small amount of flow youd lose, just my opinion though.

they did a bench flow on both the head stock b16vsb18c and the gsr won stock
they did another one ported and the b16 won slightly

I changed my mind on my LS/VTEC for the same reason.

Don't even post that ****. Did u even compare the type r and b16 head, they flow exactly the same according to alaniz. Do a search, those flow charts are not right.
