Default Fitting 16X7 and 215/46/16 tires on my crx

What is neccessary to fit 215/45/16 azenis' on my crx? I have some 16X7 stern's that im tryin to prep for track duty. What kinda prep do you do to your fenders to get it to fit without rubbing? Does anyone have pics of 215's on a (street) 91 crx?

i don't think the 45's are going to fit.. it's going to rub.. 215/40/16 would be your best... i used to run them on my old rex...

205/40R16 is the mathematically correct tire size to use. I run them on my rex, no rubbing lock to lock.

Im just tryin to fit these azenis on my wheels. I ran my last track event on 14X6 panasports with 195/60 azenis and they did great. Im definitely planning on upping the wheel size and the only other wheels i have sitting around are 16X7 sterns. I ran the same size on my 94 teg without too many problems. I just had to roll the fenders and i get no rubbage....... is there any special techniques to prep the crx for such big of a tire?

1" coil spacers .ala. jeep TJ budget boost lol

don't risk it. spend the cash on the right size tires.
