throwing a Code 67...(bad catalytic)
threw a code last thursday nite, diagnosed a bad cat... wat can cause this? i have a jdm header,h/f cat and intake... i re-setted the ecu on monday...it was good up to the 4th trip until the check engine light went off again... do any of you guys have an idea on why im getting this? thanks in advance..
I have the exact same problem. DC JDM 4-1 header, CATCO 2.5" high flow cat, and after three months, the check engine light suddenly came on with Code 67. Don't understand why it came on now. Checked the O2 sensors and they appear fine. I don't think I'll worry too much, cause everyone says this won't send the car into limp mode, I just hate staring at the darn light!!!

pretty far fetch... but you guys think the CODE is due to cold weather>? i've heard that sometimes the sensor gets sensiive with cold weather specially with an aftermarket h/f cat???
Actually, you may want to check with Carsound, as they might have changed their mixture of goodies in the cat since you bought yours. The same thing started happening with my Random & when I spoke with them, they replaced it under warranty with one that had their "new" mixture...No lights in ~ 1 1/2 years!
Note: that's the ONLY good thing about my Random Technology cat - their welders can do shnit for work 'cause I've replaced 2 more with rattles - BAD RATTLES...
Hope this helps!
