about 10-20whp gain...difficulty? requires dissasembly of motor. I suggest to get a cheap B16 block (in abundance currently) for $100 and build that instead so no downtime, then when its done, slap your cylinder head and your good to go...

ya thats the way to go.. i have a stock B16 block with balanced crank, all new bearings, new seals, and CTR pistons for sale..

and to install the pistons onto the B16a rods, you have to machine off some of the rod..

i dont know if their overbore, and from the looks of it i'll probably have to get a shop to do the work. is 250 a good price for the ctr pistons?

b16/b18 pistons are all the same bore.

b16a, b16b, b18a/b, b18c1/5/Spec R.

all the same std bore. + overbore size from Honda

b20 = larger bore.

no, there not, in fact. The reason a b16b has so much more HP then a b16, is due to the fact that the HEAD of ubered up, and, the block has a higher compression. which you can do with a thin head gasket

improvments?? with CTR Pistons you have the ability to have an insane compression, safly... which oem b16 pistons, you have half to worry about detonation destroying your engine, but with ctr pistons and beefed up valves and springs, you will be straight
