Default I got this

All right, so i thought it over and did major research. Thanks to Andre at Totaljdm, and a lot of reading i have come to the conclusion that the type-s h22a, is not worth it. Now here's a the plan, and if anybody has any qualms, please give me the feedback, i need everybody's opinion. The regular h22a motor for my 95 accord coupe. Then i'll put some miles on it, and save up some money, and get forged internals, lower the compression. Then im goin turbo. According to totaljdm, i can get 20 psi, so let me know what you people think.

Be prepared to spend some serious coin if you're rebuilding, especially since you'll have to pull your engine out to do the work (if you follow your stated plan). I'm $4800 into building mine (including the engine) and the engine doesn't go in for two more weeks, and that's before I've even thought about buying the turbo. Pistons, rods, sleeves, clutch, flywheel.....and the list goes on

20psi H22 = maaad power

20psi h22 = maaad $$$$$

therefore,

maaad power = maaad $$$$$

oh wait, i'm a dumpy rich white kid.

Yea, obd1-2 can be a hassle, what's the specific reason you don't want the type s?

The main reason why i dont want the type-s is that i found out that its a sprint motor, on top of that, i really want to turbo, and turbo with that motor just does not do it. I could detonate within the first week or so. On top of that, its a lotta dough for the type-s. To lower the compression for the type-s would just defeat the purpose of buying that damn motor in the first place. So, in conclusion gonna go with the regular h22, and i'll keep you guys updated. thanks again everybody for the feedback.
