Shaking crank pulley
I just got done doing a timing belt change on a 2000 accord ex (all stock), auto and now the crank pulley shakes when the motor gets a little warm. what can be the problem. Everything looks to be okay, I took it apart and reassembled a second time to be sure everything was in correctly.
Are you sure you have the pulley bolt on there real good. On my old car the dealership didnt tighten to specs. I didn't find out until the pulley snaped off the end of the crackshaft. It messed up the whole end of the shaft. So if it isnt the torque on the bolt, just letting you know what can happen if it comes off.
I'd look really close at the harmonic balancer part of the pulley, that 'rubber' can split loose and cause the problem you describe. I've seen this happen when the pulley is held with a chain wrench as the crank bolt is broken loose.
Best of luck I hope this helps you.

I used the crank pulley holder tool to get the bolt off, so no chain using here. Also, used an impact to tighten bolt, then used crank pulley holder tool again to further tighten. My torque wrench only goes to 75 lbs, but I know it is much tighter. ANY other thoughts, I think I may have not aligned the balancer shaft marks, so I am going to take a look at that tommorrow. thanks for the input
