Default B18C bogging out around low RPM's. Need help please

JDM ITR B18C motor. All stock with no mods except for the fuel system. AEM rail, FPR, Earl's filter. When you accelerate, it bogs out at low RPM's but stops when you floor it. I've changed the plugs and the wires are new. No CEL. Fuel is at 40 psi on the rail. I also ordered a cap and rotor for the local jackass parts store that does'nt have Honda parts in stock.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

sounds to me like your running rich and your plugs have finally loaded up......had same problem....i run 38psi and still had to use my afc to lean out below about 4500rpm....before that i had it at 42psi and it fouled out my plugs rather quickly driving around town like normal....a/f gauge stayed pegged rich at 42psi...very bad

im running a fully built b18c with b16 head...with ctr overbore pistons.....plus all the normal stuff...

The plugs have been closer to white then showing rich. When I changed the plugs I raised the fuel to 40psi. I was running 37 and that was lean

Adjusted the timing and that seemed to fix it. I also hooked up an AFR. I used the white wire on the P73, but the AFR shows lean, and sometimes so lean it drops off scale. ???
