Whenever I turn on my nighttime driving lights my windshield wipers will come on. I know that they're set "off" on my steering column and all that jazz. Also, whenever I turn on my "turn left" blinker it blinks extremely fast (both front and back driver side blinkers) but the bulb seems to work fine.

Can anyone help me out?
