help cluster problem

help cluster problem
ok i did a gsr dash swap into my eg, the problem im havin is my cluster doesnt work at all and the signals dont work but the 4 ways do
i tryed the harness and cluster on my buddies car and everything works perfect on his
i checked all the fuses in the fuse block and theyre all fine
Im stumped and dont know what to do and where to start, can someone please help me

YEs the wiring is done right
i tryed it in my buddies car and everything works fine
i think i blew somthing but i dunno where to start
the fuses are fine, something shorted and i dunno what is the problem now
