John what do you mean within a 1/2 inch???

You mean one slick circumference may be 25.5" and the other may be a 26"???
who would make a slick like that???

anyhow they are hoosiers....

let me know john...

Hi nicholashang87; Yes it's very important that you do not go over a 1/2 or you WILL have problem, the car will want to go to the right or to the left. I will not go passed a 1/2" and I try to stay with in a 1/4". Lets say I get 30 8/22-13 I take each slicks and mount it on a wheel and size it and then pair them up and I do all the M&H sizes like that. I want to sleep @ night that you are going to be ( SAFE ) down the track.

John, I really appreciate your help and concerns. We did run the m&h 25x8.8 or so... and did fun mid10sec... then we decided to change slicks and wheel size to 15inchers. I'll measure the hoosiers at the same psi and update you bro..

thx a bunch.....

ps if they don't match you'll be hearing from me VERY SOON...... need to get into the 9s....hehe!!!

When my Slicks leave the warehouse they are looked over and looked over again and when they leave you are getting the best of the best.

Good Luck dmoto and have a ( SAFE ) 2004 season.

You need to messure the circumferance of the tire. 25.5 and 26 is the diameter. inflate both tires to the exact psi and take a string and wrap it around the tire then mesure the string the should be within a .5 inch. good luck.

welded diff is just as dangerous as the spools many people run.

its wierd that it pulls left then right then back again.. is that without trying to correct it.. or is it just pulling left and you are correcting it right..

I had a pretty bad pull on mine, turned out to be a slightly bent spindal.
Alinment was right on for toe and camber.

Something else to check is you wheelbase on both sides.

I just picked up a 2 sets of Hoosier's, both set's were marked and stringed out
right on.
