Default BIIIGG electrical problem, or so it seems

Well hopefully this isnt that big and its just somethign I overlooked. I just finished my JDM swap into my G3 integra. Everything is hooked up, hoses and all, and the wire clips are all switched to accomodate the JDM - USDM wire harnesses. Put the battery in, my friend connected the pos. first then the ground, sparked...he had a long day, I don't think this should of affected anything. Checked the fuses in the engine bay, there good. Checked them under the dash, look ok, I gota double check tomorrow. The car was broken into and stolen, the ignition was ripped down, but not damaged, or so it seems. Also the the engine was stolen.

Connected battery the right way, no power. No lights, no codes, nothing. So if someone knows how I should go about testing this, or what parts to check first in a certain order, please tell me.

Only other thing I can think of is when I was switching the wire harnesses around to work since JDM are opposite sides, there were 2 clips(one on each side) that looked exactly the same and were perfectly square, I assumed that they also get switched since the all the other clips in the group got switched, unless someone knows this is wrong.

All help and suggestions are greatly apprecaited. Thakns.

small update- started checking connections and fuses under the dash, and their a PITA to pull otu without that fuse puller. But theres 2 fuses that are missing and 2 that are where fuses are not supposed to be. Is there a reason there like this. And I guess I should put them back in their spots. Would this have any affect to my problem?

Replaced the fuses. Not it, still no power. Going to get a continuity tester tomorrow, or a USDM harness

problem solved, but now we punched a hole in the radiator.

btw - i sparked the battery. 3 hours of sleep and up for 18+ hours can work wonders.

the jdm battery harness was missing wires for the fuse boxes under the hood, so the power coming from the battery wasn't getting distributed anywhere = no power.
