Default kyb agx problem

I currently bought kyb agx's about 5 months ago from KYB Warehouse on EBAY. I was getting ready to get them installed I only opened one because I wanted to check em out. I went and opened all of them and noticed I dont have ANY adjusting ***** anywhere in the box. Has anyone else ran into this problem where the person didnt send the adjusting *****? KYB Warehouse is giving me a hassle about returning them also.

this is true, i thought i got jipped too, but all 4 of mine have a little dial on the very top end of the poston rod, you use the little screwdrivers to turn them

make sure you're not looking at a front strut.

Front 2 have adjusters on the top tip of the strut

Rear 2 have them on the strut body.

Are the struts red? Are they in AGX boxes?

just look at the strut at the end where it is "THREADED" you should see a dial there.. thats where you make the adjustment.

Look at NUMBER 7:

It does have a lil dial that has those numbers at POINT 7. It should be on the very top of that. You should be able to adjust it with the tiny flat head that they included in the package.
