Default who knows ecus

i want to know about chipped ecus and p28 ecus whats it all about cause i need to find a good ecu for my 99 gsr motor cause mine hits vtec at 6000 and rev lim is 9900 i hate it i want v tec to hit earlier and end at like 8500 or so . help me thanks

you dont want to be using a p28 on your gsr motor. you want to use a p72 for your motor. You can just get the p72 chipped and lower the vtec and the redline.
