with the proper ls/vtec fittings and what not yes you should have no problem. hopefully your engine builder in FL has done it before.

I'd rather use a b18a due to the fact that is has a PCV breather built in. Otherwise you have to drill or use a endyn breather system if you want a PCV system on the motor

There are a couple of reasons to go B18B. One is because it is newer. Bu this doesn't matter if you plan to build. Another reason to go B18B is if you live in California. If you go B18A, you will have to go with the inferior B18A head and intake manifold for smog reasons.

is that the B18a comes with a knock sensor
and a B18b doesn't as it is from obd1 and up
that is what I noticed for 90-91 and 92-93 blocks

and I am goign z10 breather kit
