Default Just hooked up P28 to my D15B, kinda confused.

Ok, so i just hooked up the P28 that i bought to my car. The only wierd thing, is that it's only throwing codes for the O2 sensor (expected), and the Vtec solenoid (expected.) Why isn't it throwing a code for the Vtec pressure switch????

There may be an issue with your wiring or the ECU. Hook up the spool solenoid and a 4 wire o2 sensor and see if you have any codes related to VTEC.

What D15B do you have? the JDM one or the B7 or other? Also i dont think it would throw the pressure switch until you go into VTEC. Atleast thats my thought on it.

i know that on jdm b-series the solenoid is missing a plug that the us harness has. i talked to a guy who had a euro b16 and was running a usdm p30 ecu and it was throwing vtec code and wouldnt engage vtec. here is the link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=869811 hope it helps you out.
