So we did a motor swap we dropped a 1994 odb1 ls b18b in to a 97 EK odb2. This was like a month ago and my friend never found out the proper way to wire the motor up to at least get it running. Can anyone pass a long so guidance to help us out?

 

i just did a 95 b18b in my 96 ex. for the dx's you have to rewire the iacv and re-use your obd2 harness off of your ek. if you have an ex like i do there is no rewiring of the iacv. to make things less of a pain you need to run obd2 injectors, an obd2 dizzy, and obd2 alternator. the only thing i had to rewire on my swap was the dizzy plugs which was pretty easy if you have the wiring schematic for both the b18 and the d16y8. i'm also running an obd2-obd1 jumper harness. pm me if you have any other questions.
