Default IACV for JDM B16A

Supguys, just trying to confirm which USDM car I should order an IACV for to bolt up to my 2nd gen JDM B16A? I know the 99-00 Civic Si has a different bolt pattern. Can anyone say they know it is ___ 100% for sure? I have been told 94 DelSol but I just need confirmation so I don't **** off my local dealer by returning several special order IACVs.

The 99-00 should work. You can also use single cam ones, they line up.

Did you try cleaning out the Idle control with carb cleaner first? Flood it with carb cleaner but leave the coolant tubes dry. That'll save you some money If not, it's just a suggestion

Agreed, this is the exact reason I have one for sale. I thought the IACV was the problem but it wasnt.

I ordered one from a 99-00 SI and the bolt patterns are slightly different. I will try the carb cleaner thing, no sense wasting over $100 if that isn't my problem. Well basically here is my problem. When I start the car it will rev to about 3000 rpm and sit there until it gets warmed up. At that point the idle will surge from normal idel up to 2,500 and back. Someone I work with suggested to replace the IACV and that may correct it. Another friend of mine told me to look at the engine coolant temp sensor. Make sure the is continuity and that the sensor isn't messed up. Has anyone here had any experience with this "issue"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, but they arent the correct size and will cause idling problems. Dont ask how I know.
