alternator/wiring problems
ok i did some b16 wiring in my Si while was very tired and i screwed up....
i was getting a code 22 for vtec pressure switch so i double checked the wiring and realized when i spliced the 2 wires into the B clip i had it upside down so i cut the wrong pinouts..one pinout i cut was b14...it goes to the alternator...well the whole time i had my pressure switch hooked up to b14 i never had any problems with battery charge...well now that i cut off b5 (which for the Si is the Alternator Control) and connected the pressure switch for the b16 my battery will not charge for ****..my car will run if i push start it...if i disconnect the neg. side of the battery the car doesnt die...the problem is i cut b14 and b2 on accident...and theyre both the same shade blue wire...i tried reconnect them..didnt work so i reversed them...still didnt work
b2 is Dashpot valve for the Si..but it does nothing for the b16 so i guess i dont need that..but i sure do need the "alternator" for b14.....
someone please help..i need to drive to work today!

bump...how could i use a voltometer to figure out which blue wire goes to b14?
testing the battery pos. to neg. the voltometer reads a very unsteady number..it jumps around from 10-12volts while the car is running..i understand it should be reading somewhat above 14volts while the car is on.
