Im going to put a t25 turbo in my sohc 99 civic. I need a turbo manifold so i was thinking if i can put a turbo eclipse manifold on but i would change the flange. Does anyone know if it would work.

there basically the same turbo. Except your T25 is made by Garret.. and the 14b is manufactured by DSM

Wrong forum X2.

Try the EG+ Civic forum or the Forced Induction forum.

This forum CRX/EF Civic is all about 88~91 cars and you're asking about 1999

Welcome to H-T.

Please try searching numerous key words under "recent" and "archived" topics in this forum and in the Hybrid Forum, or any other forum that applies to your topic at hand.

This forum is being ruined by too many of the same tired "B16A vs. B18C1?" topics and "Should I boost my SOHC or Get a Swap?" type topics. We understand that you want guidance, but rather than post an open topic, why not o some searching and find members here that have had successful builds/swaps and carry on an IM conversation with him or her?

We do care about what you want to do, but when we have literally 10 open topics about the exact same thing it gets highly annoying. This MB is here for ALL of us, not just one person who thinks we should all cater to him or her by posting in his or her topic while he or she NEVER performs searches and doesn't even browse the topics in the first few pages of the forum.</TD></TR></TABLE>

as stated above, try homemadeturbo

also, try the Forced Induction forum (probably better resources).

T25 and the 14b(td05h) are NOT basically the same turbo . If I remember the flow charts, the 14b flows 'almost' twice as much. It is also a different exhaust flange plate et. all.

T25s by Garret were on 2ng Gen DSMs... 14b(td05h) were on 1st Gen DSMs (manuals)... td04h were on the autos
