Default JunII intake cam on stock springs, valves and retainers?

I asked in the tech forum but got no responses.

Do I need to change the springs or can I run the stock springs if I keep the the Redline stock?
I may be wrong, but as I understood it the reason to change the valvetrain is so it will hold up to the Higher RPM (floating valves), that is if the Cams are not too aggressive for the stock valvetrain, is that correct?

Thank you, any comments are appreciated, I am looking to learn and not break anything.

An additional reason/requirement for replacing springs, etc. is because of possible spring bind issues with/when using cams having addional lift ...

Since I don't know the specs on the cams, You have to find out if they have more lift and duration then stock- if they do you might want to upgrade to keep everything from wearing prematurely.

Jun Type 2 12.0 mm, duration - 266.6 @ 1mm
Integra Type R 11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm

So 0.5mm taller and 26.6 more duration, I am assuming this is for USDM spec ITR.

I'm i reading this right?

Next, since I don't know. Is that enough to have to change the spring, etc..

The graphs are floating somewhere, I know some people have them saved, I had them but reformatted my drive last week, lost all my save links and some images, I forgot I had them on there. Anyways, just a temporary option till I buy a new head to completely rebuild.

From what I've read and heard, the JUN's have a very steep ramp angle, and that is where a lot of spring bind can occur. I would at least use the portflow springs and stock retainers...that is very well priced budget setup.

If I have to change the springs I might as well just do it all, i was looking to perhaps throw in a cam for now while I get the new head then transfer it.
