I have stripped, rounded off, and broken off more of those than I care to admit...besides power tools...best way to get it off of there is to get a strong 6 point box wrench. and a BIG *** mallet....and give it some hard blows..it'll brake free.....if you try a breaker bar..you will most likely pop the head off the bolt before it unscrews.
and wb40 does NOT GET IN THERE!
im like spraying it and and tryin to shove in the
liquid in the cracks with my fingers

WD40 won't, and any penetrating oil, including PB Blaster won't do a damn thing if they are rusted that bad...you have to brake the bond with an abrubpt blow.
are you just tryin to remove the strut to replace the spring?
if its just the bolt going through the bottom of the strut, you dont need to remove it, just take out the whole lca with the strut still on it, its only two bolts one on each end
my bolt was stuck and i stipped the hell outta it, then i realized i could take the whole arm out and it was all good

i had to cut the strut off from the lca and buy new lca's and new bolts cause i twisted the head off one of the bolts with a breaker bar. new ones are like $11 too. try an impact wrench if you have compressed air, its loud but it works
did you already remove the top strut mount? If not, that will put tension on the lower one and make it harder to break loose.
I took mine off a 6 year old car and had no problems at all with a normal-sized wrench... am I just lucky?

What's been happening to a lot of people is that the LCA bolt will freeze up inside the LCA bushing sleeve. So it does turn, but when you take a wrench off of it it returns to the "original" position, kinda like a spring. You need to take it to a shop. They can get it off. Best of luck.
