i understand that the injector harness allows you to tune additional 16x16 injector duty cycle map and the ignition harness would allows you to tune additional 16x16 ignition maps.

lets say, i bought an emanage unit....just the base unit with no injector or ignition harness. if i want to have it tune and the tuner will use his injector and ignition harness and remove them after the tuning session, will the settings still be there without the 2 harness attaced? or should the 2 harness be attached at all times even after tuning?

No, the injector and ignition harness are hardwired into your ECU wires, like the emanage system is hooked up.....then it plugs into the Emanage....then your tuner uses his cable to hook his computer into the USB port on the Emanage
