i just got a 95 integra, GSR,it struggles to start,like it winds up to a start and sometime nothing happens at all, i put in new battery and same **** happens,when it does fire up it does it with EASE! but most of the time it just take 4-10 times to start.....could it be the alternator? starter? it only has 109k on it!

there are a lot of possibilities.
use a multimeter and check the distributor - ignitor, coil, plug wires, etc - replace any if out of spec.
check cap and rotor.
check spark plugs - are they worn? fouled? lean? rich?
check ignition timing - should be 16 degrees btdc
check fuel delivery - try replacing fuel filter, injector cleaning.
