Default Hondata S200 problem....

I installed the S200 and now I have a constant CEL. The car runs fine and vtec will engage so I figure it is not running in limp mode. The LED on the s200 lights up when the ignition is on and stays on. When I jump the service connector to check the CEL the check engine light doesn't blink. However the ABS light blinks almost like it is throwing codes. The only thing I think it can be is that this might be the shift light setting. I don't have any of the tuning software so I really can't check any of the settings. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
BTW....the ECU is a p28 which was previously used before the hondata install with no issues.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated...
