I have a 91integra...ive been having problems with my battery lately, it dies all the time cuz i dont drive it cuz its not done...but when i need to start it i put the battery charger on it, and it starts right up...now here is the problem...i put the charger on and its not starting...when i turn the ignition key to "on" i hear a "tick tick tick tick" in the distributor...and when i try to start it, i just here the clicking of the starter...but thats all i get...and i took the battery charger off, and i have NO power in the car what so ever...so is my battery dead, or is the starter shot?

more than likely your battery is dead. i read somewhere each time you drain the battery it only charges up to ~80% of it's original holding capacity. you might want to stick a voltmeter on it to make sure.
