anyone have experiences using Gm Syncromesh FM transmission fluid? i just bought 2 quarts today for my d16z6 engine...since i have frequent grinds goin to 3rd gear @ high RPMs...

supposedly its the ****....my boy uses it and says it cured all his grinds...funny that it made it worse for you...im standing by MTF for the time but im gonna try the GM next few quarts.

BUT since i am here, this stuff is all i use in my trannys i love it makes your shifts like butter.

Why are you talking about your 3rd gear grinds if you bought it for your engine?
