help me installing this timing belt drive pulley

It's not pressed in. It's just been there for a while. Try to wiggle it side to side, take a rubber mallet and tap it. If your trying to put it on try a little bit of oil, should slide on. Theres only one way to install it b/c of the groove on the crank.

Is that the one with the little "key" in it? Thats a bioch to get off, very tight, i would imagine it would take some work to get it back on
Okay, I did manage to get it on. This is the full story...
I took this pulley off last November, when I started to rebuild this motor. When I took it off, I had NO trouble whatsoever.
When I tried to put it back on last night, it wouldn't go in very easily, so I used a hammer and a block of wood to put it on half way.
But half way in, it would not budge anymore. So I used a gear puller to pull it back out. This morning , I tried it again. This time, I used some oil to lube it up.
Again, it did not move freely, even with a hammer and a block of wood. But when it got to a certain point, it just poped in!
