Default k20 in EK?

saw the article in SCC, looks interesting. $6000 for complete JDM k20 Integra-R swap on ebay, plus swap mounts, custom axles, header, $399 for the wiring harness, plus custom shifter mount. Does anyone on the board have this swap done?

Wow that swap has never been done before. Quick do it before someone else thinks of this idea and you lost your chance to have the first K20 EK.

If you dont like that answer then use the search button and find a better one.

Do a search and also look on Hasport's website. They offer everything required for the swap.

The search button is the best tool on Honda Tech, use it please.

I've never been flamed so much for just asking a question. at least I wasn't asking how to put on a big aluminum spoiler. if I do a search will it tell me who on the board has this swap? that was my question, not "how to"
gimme a break guys.

I have one done. There are a few threads on here about this. Do a search for hasport or Shawn Hillier and you should find good information about it there.

K20EG, Nikkos, or brian g should be able to tell you anything you need to know about swapping the K series into just about anything.

I know a guy that is doing that swap in a 96 hatch, hes having a problem with the exhaust going directly into a crossmember or something like that.

Is he trying to adapt an RSX or TSX header to work with that.

I was going to recomend K20EG's header, but then I noticed you have his website in your sig. Is that the one your friend is trying to use? Its not the same one used for the eg's is it? I would think he would have a separate jig for the EK headers.

no it was a comptech tsx header, k20EG's header is beyond comptech's. just ask JUN EK9...he'll tell you power differences.

Don't worry, I know all about the numbers put out by K20EG's header. I wasn't looking carefully and thought that you and 93Civac were the same person. Sometimes I look at the avatars without looking at the usernames.

K20EG

205whp with i/e and his header with a short tune on a vafc.
