It's inside the distributor. If you remove the ignition coil, you can see it.

the sensor is behind the crank pulley and lower timing cover- replaced and still nothing changed

What? The CKP, CYP, and TDC sensors are all in the distributor. What kind of sensor is behind the crank pulley?

The sensor behind the pulley is the crankshaft SPEED sensor. Make sure the connections were clean when reconnecting and that there is no wear on any of the wires along the timing belt.

Or is it crankshaft fluctuation sensor? I cannot find it in the Euro Shop Manual. Maybe there isn't such thing in the B18C6.

yes. VAFC gets its RPM signal from the CKP sensor. if you HaXoRd up that wire and didn't connect it... i'd have to say that is your problem. check that before you go dumping money on a bunch of other crap that you don't need to replace.
